It has been 1 week since my nose surgery, and yesterday I had the splint removed and the stitches taken out. But today, I suddenly felt like the nasal tip was shaking, so I called the hospital, and they said the nose is still settling into place, so it can move. About 30 minutes passed, and suddenly it felt like the nasal tip, more precisely the columella, had come down. As time goes by, the alar area is getting slimmer, while the columella is hardening and coming down... I don’t know whether it just looks that way because the swelling is going down, or whether the septal support they set up has actually dropped. Do I need revision surgery? Tomorrow is Sunday...
