After my first surgery, I did not like it because my philtrum looked lifted and my nasal tip was too high, so day after day I kept going in and out of cafes and a community, worrying like I was losing my mind. In the end, I judged that I was not the kind of person who should get plastic surgery. Even if I lowered the nasal tip with revision surgery, I think I would have created another worry and made a fuss over it. Ultimately, I realized that surgery is not something just anyone can do, so I looked into removal and got it removed. It was hump nose surgery without an implant, with the nasal tip done using septal cartilage. Since the septal cartilage had been harvested to an excessive degree, the doctor placed it by adding it back near its original position so that I would not develop a saddle nose.
