On the exact morning of 3 weeks, I had removal at one of the top three places, and checking the foreign material was shocking. They had added another 3 mm and 4 mm on top of the 3 mm silicone from the nasal bridge to the nasal tip area. So it was raised by a total of 6 to 7 mm. No wonder the nasal tip was absurd. They said they harvested almost all of the septal cartilage and divided it into 3 pieces; 2 pieces were placed over the original septum, and 1 piece was put underneath as a support strut. I woke up twice in the middle of sedation, and when I heard the director saying, “Oh, your nose was sharp and pretty,” I almost cried. Before putting on the splint, I asked them to take a photo of my nose, and when I saw it, the columella had stretched…
