13th First nose surgery - nasal septum, nasal tip, silicone 3 mm, hump correction, rhinitis - visited for the purpose of bulbous nose correction. At the first consultation, it was implant-free with nasal tip - the director said that if I didn’t put in silicone, I would end up putting it in later. I was tempted and confirmed silicone 3 mm insertion before surgery - they said osteotomy might be done, so I said I didn’t want that - my request was to please keep my original image and make it natural, so it wouldn’t be noticeable. They said if I wanted a dramatic look, I should put in 4 mm, so I said absolutely not, it had to be natural no matter what - result: silicone show-through, midface became longer, my original image…
