I had hump nose shaving, bulbous nose correction, fat removal, cartilage tying, a columellar strut with septal cartilage, septal extension, ear cartilage in the nasal tip, and ear cartilage on the nasal bridge, and now I’m on day 50 ㅠㅠ Right now my nostrils look like the number 11, it’s too pointy and too highㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ I want to remove it after 6 months, but I’m worried about side effects like pinching, saddle nose, columellar retraction, etc. Since I had bulbous nose correction and the hump shaved down, I can’t go back to my original nose, but will my rounded nasal tip and nostrils come back?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
