I had hump nose shaving, bulbous nose correction, fat removal, cartilage tying, a columellar strut with septal cartilage, septal extension, ear cartilage in the nasal tip, and ear cartilage on the nasal bridge, and now I’m on day 50 Right now my nostrils look like the number 11, it’s too pointy and too high I want to remove it after 6 months, but I’m worried about side effects like pinching, saddle nose, columellar retraction, etc. Since I had bulbous nose correction and the hump shaved down, I can’t go back to my original nose, but will my rounded nasal tip and nostrils come back?
