If I remove it, is this a nose that will become upturned? You can tell me honestlyㅜㅜ Currently, the step-off at the nasal tip from septal extension has been filled with ear cartilage. It's been 6 weeks since surgery, but including the foreign-body sensation and stiffness, it's just so uncomfortable that I'm planning to remove it after 6 months have passed
