I had a no-implant nose surgery with osteotomy, shaved down the hump, and raised the nasal tip with septal cartilage. On the first day after taking off the splint I was satisfied, but after more than 10 days, as the swelling went down, the hump area started to look prominent. It feels like the nasal tip has drooped too ㅠ The step-off has become more severe, and that area feels like half a round bean has been placed on it, and it also seems to ache a little ㅠ Could the round thing be swellingㅜㅜ Or was it not shaved down enough?
