I had nose surgery 15 years ago, but it seems like the nose is gradually becoming more upturned, and the nasal bridge also seems to be getting lower. After nasal implant removal, could the nose as a whole become too low? At the time, I had it done together with rhinitis surgery, but the rhinitis only got worse.
