This would be my 5th surgery, so if anyone knows, please help me out before you go. I had a columellar strut built with donated costal cartilage, but the pressure sensation is severe and I want to remove it. But if I remove it, I feel like it will collapse. If I remove the donated costal cartilage, would it be possible to do nasal tip surgery without an implant using ear cartilage or the nasal septum? In this case, if I remove the silicone, what should be done with the upper part?
