My nose was originally very low and small, so even after the surgery it was not very noticeable, and other people could not really tell, but in my own way, when I wore makeup and did contour shading, it looked okay. I tried to be satisfied with it myself, but that was rationalizing it, and I did not really like it. Still, I did not want to go under the knife again, so I had not been looking into revision surgery, but the silicone at the nasal tip is shifted to the left, so my nose looks crooked. I am thinking about removal because I am not confident that revision surgery would not cause side effects, but my nose is really low, so after removal I want to at least get filler and go around like that.
