Everyone, I want to remove everything: septal cartilage removal, nasal tip cartilage removal, dermis removal, full removal, but I had nasal tip cartilage binding done. Right now my nose is pointy and because of the nasal tip cartilage binding, it also feels a little pinched, but I've also heard that if the cartilage isn't tied, it collapses. Has anyone had the cartilage untied during removal?
