Dorsal nasal depression 1 year after revision surgery

4 years ago, I had a slight hump osteotomy and surgery without an implant, using ear cartilage only for the nasal tip. But the nasal tip drooped so severely that 1 year ago, I had revision surgery at the same hospital with a different doctor. I was worried it would sink quickly like the first surgery, so this time I had silicone for the nasal bridge and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. I think they said they kept the septal cartilage used in the first surgery and the columella, but I don’t rememberㅠㅠ They used those and proceeded with the surgery. Today, suddenly, the right side of my nasal bridge looked shadowed as if it were hollowed out, so I looked closely and saw that the boundary area between the silicone nasal bridge and the cartilage nasal tip had sunk…
