I had surgery about 8 years ago before this revision, and because I was dissatisfied with the shape, I had surgery again about a month ago. With correction of the retracted columella, alar reduction, and use of autologous costal cartilage, the nose shape changed a lot, but maybe because of that, I’m now thinking about total removal due to reasons I didn’t feel after the previous surgery, like a foreign-body sensation, a feeling that my nose is pulling to one side, nasal stuffiness when lying on my side, and discomfort when breathing. Sometimes I see people who complain of this kind of stuffiness even after total removal or after having it done. Please give me really honest removal reviews and information on where you had it done.
