It’s been about 2 years since I had rhinoplasty, and as the tip of my nose has gradually been drooping, an indentation has formed on the side of my nose. At first it was just slightly faint, but now it’s indented so severely that people ask me about it What kind of complication could this be? Of course I’m considering revision surgery, but I’m curious which part went wrong for this kind of phenomenon to happen,,,!!!
