Last year, I went around to a few clinics for consultations, and they said osteotomy would be unavoidable because my hump is severe and my nose is crooked. That clinic tends to do things pretty naturally, so I didn’t go as far as booking surgery. I’m planning to start going around for consultations again now and decide on surgery. I currently have appointments booked at ㅂㄹㅇ and ㄹㅂㄹ. When I went last year, the clinic said that if possible, I should do functional nose surgery at the same time. But insurance reimbursement was uncertain, and I felt uneasy about touching the functional side, so I didn’t do it. If my nose is crooked, would it be better to do it together? From the front, my nasal bones look thick, so I also want to make that part look slimmer.
