Before surgery, I had a lot of concerns because of my nose, and I had a dorsal hump and a bulbous nose. So I looked into rhinoplasty, went to consultations at a few places, and ended up getting nose surgery at Miho Plastic Surgery. I did it without an implant, corrected the nasal tip using ear cartilage and septal cartilage, and also had functional nose surgery at the same time. To say the conclusion first, after surgery my nose definitely became smoother and my impression became softer. It doesn't have that artificial feeling where it looks obvious that an implant was put into the bridge at all, and it just feels like my original nose, so I like it. People around me also say it doesn't look like I had surgery and that the overall balance just looks clearer...
