It was my first surgery, but I wanted a natural-looking straight-to-slightly-curved line including the columella, so I used septal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage. Maybe that’s why the line looks really well-defined all the way to the nasal tip haha Originally, because the nose in the center of my face was chubby, my whole face looked kind of dull and old-fashioned, but after getting my nose done, my entire face looks slimmer and sharper.
