I arrived about five minutes before my appointment. The CT, photos, and consultation with the coordinator all went very quickly, but I waited a while for the surgeon, about 30–40 minutes. The surgeon was not exceptionally warm, but still consulted very diligently. First, they explained mainly the septal cartilage and ear cartilage I said I wanted, and did a virtual simulation. When I asked whether I could also see an autologous costal-cartilage version, they did that simulation too. Their aesthetic sense is naturally aligned with what I prefer, so I was extremely satisfied. However, my nose is quite crooked and they said it would be a difficult surgery, so the estimate was really high even though this would be my first rhinoplasty..
