My nose wasn't that low to begin with. Because of that, the director originally didn't want to put in an implant, but I emphasized the celebrity nose I wanted, so I ended up getting 2 mm silicone inserted. I had surgery on November 26, and snoring and not being able to breathe through one side of my nose were so painful that I got the cosmetic part done at the same time. I had bulbous nose correction, septum surgery, inferior turbinate surgery, osteotomy, and correction of a deviated/crooked nose. They said the bulbous nose part is still swollen now and should improve after more time passes. Is that right? I wanted it to look naturally fancy.
