I’m writing this in hopes that it will help many people. It’s already been half a year since my revision rhinoplasty. My nose used to be very low and wide, so I had surgery using Megaderm on the nasal bridge and septal cartilage plus ear cartilage for the nasal tip. After that, I had double-jaw surgery to try to improve facial asymmetry and malocclusion. But maybe because I had double-jaw surgery after rhinoplasty, my nose gradually started collapsing. The depression on the nasal dorsum and nasal tip became noticeably visible, and a hump also developed while my nose gradually became crooked.
