I’m a man, and I have a nasal bridge, but having a low nasal tip was always my complex. Then I started looking into surgery, and yesterday I had surgery on only the nasal tip with no implant. First of all, there was no pain at all. They suddenly put me under anesthesia like I passed out, and when I woke up, it was over. But the ear where they took cartilage out hurt a bit. On the first night, they blocked my whole nose with cotton packing, so that was terrible in its own way too. I couldn’t sleep and couldn’t breathe. But after going today and having the cotton removed, my nose is still a bit blocked…
