I went to one consultation today for revision rhinoplasty. I felt like problems with the Medpor might develop later, and my nasal tip has dropped anyway, so I wanted revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage. But they said there doesn’t seem to be any problem at the moment, and that for the revision they would leave the Medpor in and only work on the nasal tip. I wonder if it’s because Medpor removal takes a lot of work… If anyone has had Medpor removed and then had revision rhinoplasty, please share your review..
