First photo - before surgery. Second and third photos - one month postop. I had revision incisional double-eyelid surgery with ptosis correction one month ago because my double eyelid came undone and my eyes were uneven. I wanted an in-out line, and clearly, in the photos, the right eye kept the original line and the left was lowered slightly, but when I compare the before and after photos, the lines came out almost similar. In terms of how it feels, the left side is a bit more swollen, but no matter how I look at it, it seems like the eyes came out uneven Could they possibly even out over time?
