I went for a revision consultation because one side had come undone after a previous surgery. The side that had not come undone had a pretty nice line, so I wanted to operate only on the side that had opened up.. I was trying to find a clinic where it would be possible to operate on only one side, because I was afraid of messing with it and changing the line. But most places seemed to push me a little, not quite forcefully but still, to do both sides since I was already doing it again, which made me hesitate. Here they said only one side was fine, so I was like, oh! If the line on the side that has not come undone had become covered or loosened, I would recommend doing both sides, but since that is not the case, they explained there is no need to touch it. That calmed me down. Even the head doctor seemed to think the side that had not come undone looked perfectly fine, haha. But then again, what if...! I am worried that if I only do one side, my eyes may become uneven, so I am still thinking about it.. (My mind is like a reed right now) After the head doctor's consultation, I went back in to see the manager, and they told me to think it over enough and look at other places as well. It does not seem like a place that pressures you to reserve? At first, as soon as the elevator doors opened, it was the lobby, and the coordinators and staff all greeted me from the front. I felt like it was my debut stage.. I had been seeing employees at other hospitals just stare blankly even when I approached the desk, so it felt nice to go somewhere that welcomed me kindly.. hehe. The head doctor, manager, and coordinators were all kind, so that left the strongest impression. I think a place like this would make me feel less worried or burdened when asking questions or getting aftercare after surgery.. but I am still holding off because I am deciding whether to do one eye or both.

I went for a consultation, and what unexpectedly surprised me first was that there was less upselling than I thought. They honestly told me that with incisional ptosis correction, I only needed the strength to open my eyes more clearly…

The waiting time was very long, and they charged a 10,000 won consultation fee. Usually most places inform you about a consultation fee when you make a reservation, but this place didn’t tell me, so I thought there wasn’t one and went…
