Is this right for abdominal liposuction?

I had 360-degree abdominal liposuction and had 3,800 cc removed. It has been exactly 7 days now, but my weight hasn’t gone back down I gained as much as 4 kg. The line looked like the post-surgery line only on the first day, and after that it kept getting much thicker, so it’s almost the same as right before surgery. Pants that I wore loosely on the morning of surgery hurt so much and won’t go on. But it also seems like the upper abdomen is slightly not reduced enough. They say it could be swelling or lumps from scar tissue, but I feel at a loss, ha… Is it normal for weight not to return well before the stitches are removed?
