After<7 weeks after upper-arm fat LAMS>Before<Before upper-arm fat LAMS>Before<Before getting upper-arm fat LAMS>I was stressed about my upper-arm fat, so it's been 7 weeks since I got LAMS. After getting abdominal LAMS, I changed so much that I did my upper arms too, and I definitely think I made the right choice.. My husband aside, every time my older brother saw my upper-arm fat, he would make a fuss saying it was so gross, and tell me to do something about my wings..ㅡㅡ... Now he's turned into this weird person making a fuss telling me to stop losing weight...^^;;; The downside is that my lines came back so easily that I'm not exercising or dieting.... I feel like I'm relying on this too much... sigh.... pathetic... hahahaha Even now I'm not sleeping and am reading reviews for other areas.... hahaha.. They say 3 months is the peak, so my dream is to lose it all before this summer comes and try wearing a sleeveless top.. I think I need to start dieting seriously from today....
