This is already my 3-month review after having autologous costal cartilage revision rhinoplasty, posterior lower canthoplasty, under-eye fat repositioning, and anterior cheek fat grafting. First, for my eyes, I was concerned about eye asymmetry, but with posterior lower canthoplasty, the symmetry was balanced and my eyes were made a little more open-looking. Everyone said I seemed to have become prettier without them quite knowing why, and asked what I had done. I’m living very satisfied because my eyes seem to have become naturally more open-looking. For the under-eye fat repositioning and anterior cheek fat grafting, I honestly hesitated a bit, but it bothered me too much not to do them, so I just went ahead, and it was such a good choice.
