Removal of L-shaped silicone

About 9 years ago, when I didn’t know anything, I had rhinoplasty with L-shaped silicone for the nasal tip and ear cartilage. It wasn’t raised excessively, so currently there are no functional or shape-related problems at all, but while searching, I saw people saying that with an L-shaped implant, revision surgery is inevitable someday, so I’m scaredㅜㅜ Would it be better to remove it now while there are no problems? I’m also curious whether there are cases of people continuing to do well with L-shaped silicone. If you share information, you’ll be blessed.
