There’s some swelling. The surgery seems to have taken about 3 hours. I’m still half-asleep, so I’ll leave a review tomorrow

My original nose is upturned, so even if it’s a case with less manipulation, where only silicone was inserted without manipulating the columella or nasal tip, I think it’s still a difficult case. The top three really do seem trustworthy…
