I'm a man, and 1 year and 8 months ago I had surgery with a septal extension and silicone inserted. It's not that I have inflammation or contracture, but right now it's so stiff, and my nasolabial angle is obtuse, so it looks like an upturned nose. Every time I eat, only the columella stays the same while the rest moves, and it feels so disgusting that I just want to take everything out. I don't want even a little bit of the septal support left in the nasal ala area; I want complete removal. But when I looked up reviews, SSO seems to lean toward leaving some behind, and SY seems to mainly do complete removal, so I'm really torn between the two. Has anyone done this…
