I'm seriously spiraling, so everything looks like an ad and I don't know what's actually good. I had silicone inserted and septal extension done, but my nasal tip is lifted, so I want to take everything out. I really don't know. I'm debating between ㅅㅅㅇ and ㅅㅇ, but I really don't know if they're trustworthy. If I just take everything out this time and it lifts again, I honestly don't think I can keep living. Please, is there anyone with experience having this done?
