Autologous costal cartilage is pretty much the ultimate option, and I even had it for my 3rd surgery at a place famous for reconstruction. I’ve already narrowed down the clinics, and the material will be autologous costal cartilage, but has anyone here still had complications even with autologous costal cartilage? For me, I’ve had 3 surgeries so far and am preparing for a 4th.
