A year and a half ago, I had only a columellar strut done with cartilage binding and septal cartilage, but my nasal tip is so hard and feels like it might break through the skin. Sometimes I feel like the nasal tip is being pulled upward. I’m not sure if it’s columellar retraction, but when I touch it, it feels really flat. Because of this, I’m considering removal surgery, but before getting a consultation, I’m looking up various things in this community. Since my nose hasn’t been manipulated much, would removal surgery be possible with a closed approach? I can only take about 9 days off after surgery, so I wonder if going to work or daily life would be possible. When I had my first surgery, maybe because only the nasal tip was done, I barely had any bruising and only had swelling.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
