I had a columellar strut placed with donated costal cartilage, but they didn’t project the nasal tip much, and because I had alar reduction too, I got a dragon-like nose. They seriously cut off almost half, and my nose is getting shorter and shorter. Ugh, it’s only been 3 days since my stitches were removed, what should I do? I seriously want to die. I basically haven’t slept a wink for almost 3 days. I lost 4 kg. The hospital says the dragon-like nose from the alar reduction will get better once the swelling goes down. I seriously want to die. Honestly, I barely have any swelling right now, and I can’t even tell if my nose was extended.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
