Every time I took photos, I was always concerned that my nasal tip looked pressed down like a contracted nose and that my columella looked nonexistent I diligently went to consultations at several clinics and compared them pretty carefully, and I had surgery with the director who looked at my nose, explained the current problems accurately, and confidently described the solution. The swelling definitely went down quickly after the stitches were removed.
