20 years ago, I had surgery at a place that was good at making it natural at the time. People say my nose is pretty, but no one knows I had surgery. Maybe my nose is a bit upturned, or my nostrils show from the front, so I decided on revision surgery. When I consulted at another hospital, they said my nose needed autologous costal cartilage, so I found a hospital specializing in autologous costal cartilage and had the surgery. I also had osteotomy and nostril reduction, which I vaguely didn’t do 20 years ago, together. A hematoma formed, so at 1 week post-op they squeezed out the blood, taped it, and now I’m waiting for the swelling to go down. The hospital is kind, and the consultation was very detailed... I was going to consult at another hospital, but I just put down a deposit and did it...
