This was my first nose surgery, and I had bulbous nose correction done together using autologous costal cartilage. My desired aesthetic was a glamorous look, so I asked them to make it glamorous. Since it was my first surgery, I was scared, and I also did a lot of online research and went to consultations before choosing the clinic. My nose is now 3 months post-op, with 1m of silicone in the nasal bridge and autologous costal cartilage plus ear cartilage in the nasal tip. I’m posting because I’m curious how it looks to everyone here. I’d appreciate it if you leave a comment.
