I went for a consultation to correct a bulbous nose. They suggested ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and silicone for the bridge, so I agreed. The post-op pain was not that severe. About a month later, there is almost no swelling. It is a little blunt because scar tissue has formed, but they said it will soften over time and be fine. I had many concerns about side effects before surgery, but the consultation eased them sufficiently. It seems fairly good, so go get a consultation.
