It looks like it’s being pulled upward from below. Isn’t this alar retraction and pinched nostrils? From the front, it looks pointy and angular. Has anyone had this become more natural, or will it stay like this? I’m 1 month post-op. I didn’t put in an implant ㅠ ㅠ
