It’s been 3 weeks since I had eye and nose surgery, but the swelling on the side of my nasal bridge is still firm and won’t go downㅜ I think all the other areas have gone down. Maybe because of that, I still can’t smell things well from far away, and breathing through my nose is still a little uncomfortableㅠ The clinic says the swelling will go down, but this specific area hasn’t changed for 3 weeks, so I’m concerned. I also wonder if it’s because of the glasses I wore briefly at times for workㅠ How did everyone reduce swelling? I am taking pumpkin juiceㅠ I sleep with my head elevated and I’m not drinking alcohol or smoking, but the swelling isn’t going down, so I’m worriedㅠ
