I had incisional eye surgery yesterday, and they told me to do cold compresses well, but I don’t know exactly how long I should do themㅠㅠ I have a lot of questions, but please answer anyway, everyoneㅠㅠㅠ 1 Do I put the ice pack with gauze on it directly on top of my eyes, or do I keep the ice pack around my eyes? 2 How should I do the timing and number of times? Right now I’m doing a 15-minute compress, resting for 1 hour, then doing another 15-minute compress, but I don’t know if I’m doing it right.
