I’m posting this because I want to show off how I managed my swelling pretty hard. I really did everything I could: swelling tea, anti-swelling medicine, pumpkin juice, renting a radiofrequency device, skin care, walks, exercise, half-body baths. I also kept removing things like pus and nasal discharge inside my nose whenever I washed my nose with cotton swabs, kept applying eye ointment so it wouldn’t keep drying out, and after warm compresses I’m still using the facial compression band from time to time. Also, I think it’s good to do stretching focused on lymphatic massage and lymphatic circulation. I’m planning to delete the photos in a few days.
