I had a non-face-to-face consultation. It was my first consultation for contouring, and I received it by video after a little under two weeks. In that time, I learned about the overall proportions of my face that I hadn't known before and the areas that needed surgery. What I had been worried about in daily life was different from what the director diagnosed, but after hearing the numerical explanations and the explanation that also took future sagging into account, the director's diagnosis seems right. At another clinic, there was one place that recommended all three contouring procedures, but here they said only the cheekbones should be done, and that the square jaw was actually smaller than average, and that a chin implant would be needed for the retruded chin. It looks like it would be a major project, and there are cost issues too, so I need to think more about the surgery, but I think a non-face-to-face consultation is definitely worth getting at least once.
