I had every nose surgery done all at once.

Ah.. first, before I write, it hurts terribly. I said this in the jaw surgery room too, but I had sliding genioplasty for a recessed chin and nose surgery together. The pain is doubled -_- it's amazing. As for my nose, really, I think they used every possible method there is. My nose was a huge complex for me. 4 years ago, I had surgery to tie the nasal tip cartilage, but the shape of my nose was still so unattractive, so I had revision surgery this time. My nostril wings were extremely wide, my nasal bridge was low, and the nasal dorsum was broad too, so it really wasn't a feminine nose at all. And why was the nasal tip so big like a bulbous nose? They said even just tying the nasal tip cartilage would change my impression, so I did it, but it didn't show at all. My complex was so severe that touching my nose became a habit every time I looked in the mirror, and this time, who knows how many procedures I had.. just on one nose.. First, they cut away the lower part of the nostril wings. I wanted them to cut up to the upper part too, but they said the scar could be visible, so the upper part was done separately from inside the nose. And above where I had the nasal tip-tying surgery, you know the broad part of the nasal bridge, they brought the nasal bridge bones together too. After that, they raised it slightly with Gore-Tex, but I didn't want it to look too obvious, so they inserted it as low as possible between the eyes, toward the lower part of the glabella area. This is a total major construction project. Right now, even my eyes have blood-red bruising spreading up, so my gaze is completely like that look in Apocalypse Now, staring while bleeding. It's only been two days now, so when more time passes, I'll post another review. Oh right, it really hurts -_- If I endure it more, it should get better, right?
