I had nose surgery on August 24. I was told the bridge was built up with 3.5 mm silicone, and for the tip they harvested septal cartilage and built a new columella, or so I heard. For several days after surgery, I had quite a lot of nosebleeds. Maybe because it was done with septal cartilage rather than ear cartilage. Now, if I gently put in my pinky, the inside of the right nostril feels similar to before, but inside the left nostril there's a small raised lump. It looks like they removed a piece of septal cartilage from the left nostril. If I later catch a cold or something and go to an ENT clinic, won't there be a problem? For other people who had nose surgery with septal cartilage, did the structure inside the nose change like this too?
