I had nose surgery yesterday afternoon and came out afterward. They placed gauze under my nostrils to stop the blood from flowing out, but after I got home, quite a bit of blood had come out, so I changed it to a new one. But when I checked this morning, there was a lot of blood on the gauze. So I changed it again, but it feels like more blood might still be coming out. Usually, how long does bleeding continue? I’ve already used all the gauze the hospital gave me, so I guess I should buy some separately, right?
