I'm a man and had surgery for a low, short nose. Maybe because I have a face with a protruding forehead, I wanted the surgery to look natural, but 6 mm of silicone was inserted into the nasal bridge. Until about 3 weeks after surgery, I was dissatisfied because it looked too high, but after a month passed, I now feel a bit regretful that I should have made it slightly higher. Men, since rhinoplasty is basically going to be noticeable anyway, if you're going to do it, do it decisively.
