The surgical area doesn’t seem that swollen, but my cheeks swelled up like hamster cheeks, as if I’d had my wisdom teeth removed lololol. Since it wasn’t fixed with pins, they told me to keep pressing firmly on the surgical area, but it feels more painful today than on the day of surgery. The left side especially seems a bit more painful. I was thinking of applying pressure with a facial compression band, but they said if I do that, the surgical swelling could move to the front of my face, and I don’t want that either, so I’m wearing something like a hair ring that presses only on the zygoma area.
