After rhinoplasty in August 2024, I still have severe nasal congestion and dryness. Usually, how long do I need to wait for complete recovery? I had surgery for a nasal septal perforation, but even now, 5 months later, the mucous membrane is extremely swollen and almost completely blocking one nostril, so I cannot breathe well and the dryness is severe.
