I had surgery on Monday. It's been about 3 days now, and the swelling is seriously amazing.. lol My face looks like some kind of Keroro big-eyed frog plus Aromi's dad..ㅡㅡ On top of that, I also had double eyelid revision surgery, so I look absolutely awful. The mouthwash the hospital gave me was so nauseating that I asked the hospital about it, and they told me to use commercially available mouthwash. So, as someone here taught me, I went to the pharmacy and bought Hexamedin and used that. It was much more comfortable and better. But why doesn't my hospital provide swelling care? They didn't give me a compression band after surgery either.. Long ago when I had nose surgery, other hospitals applied tape, but the hospital where I had it done didn't apply tape. Still, my nose didn't become crooked and I didn't have complications.. This time, for my jaw, I only wore the compression band on the day of surgery, and even when I was hospitalized for one day, the nurse removed it for me. Is this okay? And when I sleep, I try to sleep facing upward as much as possible, but I'm not used to it, so I keep ending up sleeping alternating between the left and right sides. Is that okay... Tomorrow I'm going to have the stitches removed from my double eyelid surgery, but it seems like the jaw still has a long way to go. If I keep doing ice massages and eat pumpkin porridge, will the swelling go down? Anyway, I'm hungry and craving cigarettes so badly that it's really hard...
